At the end of the first quarter of 2021, Ukraine imported 7400 tons of fresh, chilled and frozen pork.
This was reported by the press service of the Association of Pig Breeders of Ukraine.
It is worth noting that this is three times the volume of pork imports from January to March 2020, but it mostly coincides with the volume of pork imports in the first quarter of 2019, which is significantly lower than the volume of imports in the third and fourth quarters of 2020.
