According to the fiscal service, for 9 months of 2019, 18.32 thousand tons of pork were imported to Ukraine for a total amount of $ 34.86 million.
This indicates a decrease in imports by 6.9%, when compared with the same period in 2018.
The largest importers of pork to Ukraine in 2019:
- Poland - 45.91% - $ 16 million;
- Germany - 18.27% - $ 6.37 million;
- Netherlands - 10.15% - $ 3.54 million;
- Other importers - 25.67% - $ 8.95 million.
In the same period, pork exports from Ukraine increased by 6.7% compared to 2018 and amounted to 1.5 thousand tons.
