A project that will help to produce milk quality control will be implemented by the summer.
It provides the establishment of an actual procedure for controlling the quality of milk production in Ukraine. This was noted by the project manager I. Kravchenko, besides this, in the framework of the project in some regions of the country this system has already been tested. Also, together with the State Consumer Service, a plan was approved for the organization of the quality control process and its implementation in all regions.
This program is designed to ensure a proper control system among manufacturers. The project has already been tested in Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Poltava and Kharkiv regions, and was based on the interaction between market operators, accredited laboratories and territorial bodies of the State Food and Consumer Service.
