According to statistical data, at the beginning of winter the enterprises did not reduce milk production.
Nevertheless, the production of milk in villages has dropped significantly. The experts noted, that despite the reduction in production, there is quite enough products for the Ukrainian consumer. Most likely, this is due to an excess of this product in other countries and low demand for domestic products.
Experts say that by the end of the month the commodity market in the country will be stable."Infagro" reported that a trend towards a decrease in prices is now, this was facilitated by new restrictions on the export of dairy products and the price falling trend for this product (export activities simply became unclaimed).
Since the beginning of the year, milk production in the country has decreased by almost 2% ($ 9.46 million) at the expense of declining dynamics in private households.
